What You'll Do

  • Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.
  • You will independently own operational execution for assigned programs, ensuring learner lifecycle accuracy, system integrity, and on-time delivery against SLAs.
  • Manage learner lifecycle processes end-to-end for assigned programs
  • Maintain LMS integrity (classes, audiences, rosters) and data accuracy
  • Manage SLAs, deadlines, and operational communications
  • Identify operational risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively
  • Produce operational reporting and ensure metric accuracy
  • Coordinate with Delivery and stakeholders to ensure readiness

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years relevant experience in learning operations or service operations
  • Experience using LMS/workflow tools and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization under deadlines
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Comfort operating across cultures and time zones
  • Who You'll Work With
  • You will partner with Delivery teams, program owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, accurate data, and timely execution across the learning lifecycle.
