Supports recruiting efforts throughout the recruiting season through database and file maintenance, event and interview planning, and administration.
Recruiting support
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with posting opportunities and updating job descriptions.
- Organize CVs, recruitment files, and folders; keep records accurate and current.
- Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting.
- Support recruiting events, interview planning, and general team administration.
What you’ll bring
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, professional, and discreet with confidential information.
