Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist with job postings and job description updates.
• Organize CVs, recruitment files, and folders, keeping records accurate and current.
• Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
• Support recruiting events and interview planning and organization.

What you'll bring

• Be a final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and bring a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
