Role overview
Support recruiting efforts throughout the recruiting season by maintaining databases and files, supporting events and interview planning, and providing administrative support.
What you'll do
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
- Manage and maintain recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with posting opportunities and updating job descriptions.
- Organize CVs, recruitment files, and folders, and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting needs.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
What you'll bring
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
