Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Manage recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist with posting opportunities and updating job descriptions.
• Organize CVs, recruitment files, and folders, keeping records accurate and current.
• Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting needs.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
• Support recruiting events and interview planning and organization.

What you’ll bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, intellectually demanding environment.
