Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Manage and maintain recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist with posting opportunities and updating job descriptions.
• Organize CVs, recruitment files, and folders; ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting needs.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.

What You'll Bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and intellectually demanding environment.
