The Recruiting Intern supports recruiting activities throughout the recruiting season, including database maintenance, events, interview planning, and administrative work.
What you'll do
- Support recruiting from interview scheduling through onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation; organize CVs, files, and folders and keep records accurate.
- Assist with opportunity postings and job-description updates; support events and interview planning.
- Perform basic data analysis, contribute to reporting, and provide recruiting-team administrative and operational support.
What you'll bring
- Be a final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with willingness to learn tools.
- Strong communication, accuracy, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, professional, and discreet with confidential information.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented, intellectually demanding environment.
