Role overview

Responsibilities

• Draft BCG employment contracts and prepare Qiwa bulk contracts for new hires.
• Prepare exit documentation for departing employees.
• Track visa expiry dates for employees' ERE and summarize updates for follow-up with the PRO.
• Cross-check new GOSI contributions for accuracy and completeness.
• Save insurance application forms so they are acceptable for processing.
• Help prepare Riyadh letters and arrange attestation of letters and contracts.
• Maintain HR tracking spreadsheets and documentation files.
• Support business-travel visa processing.
• Organize digital HR documentation archives and respond to employee HR queries.

Candidate requirements

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities.
• Able to solve routine problems, work under pressure, and remain composed in a fast-paced service environment.
• Accurate, diligent, dependable, and attentive to ongoing work.
• Respect confidential BCG information.
• Knowledge and experience of Middle East practices and KSA labor law are an advantage.
