Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Draft employment contracts and prepare Qiwa bulk contracts for new hires.
• Prepare exit documentation; track employee visa expiry dates and summarize updates for PRO follow-up.
• Check new GOSI contributions for accuracy and completeness; save insurance application forms for processing.
• Help prepare and arrange attestation of Riyadh letters and contracts.
• Maintain HR tracking spreadsheets, documentation files, and digital archives.
• Support business-travel visa processing and respond to employee HR queries.

What You’ll Bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; strong communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with willingness to learn.
• Knowledge and experience of Middle East practices and KSA labor law is advantageous.
• Able to solve routine problems, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining composure.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, dependable, diligent, and accurate; able to protect confidential information.

Duration

• The job type is temporary for six months.
