Mid-Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and maintain supporting documentation for all transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
• Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances against actual results.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve financial performance and enhance cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
• Prepare and review VAT returns and Corporate Tax computations.
• Oversee banking transactions, payments, and treasury management.
• Prepare monthly financial closing reports and management reports for clients.
• Present and explain financial reports and results to non-finance clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide the required documentation and support during audits.
• Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

• Finance: 4 years (Preferred)
• ERP systems: 4 years (Preferred)
• SAP: 4 years (Preferred)
• Oracle Quickbooks: 4 years (Preferred)
• Zoho Books: 4 years (Preferred)
• Xero: 4 years (Preferred)
• Tally: 4 years (Preferred)
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations: 4 years (Preferred)

• Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) (Preferred)

• CPA (Preferred)
• CMA (Preferred)
