- The team
- As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow.
- Our account management team owns and manages restaurant relationships.

- The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.
- Role overview
- As a Mid Market Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo, with a focus on high performing Local Gems and selected national chains.
- These partners play an important role in attracting customers to the marketplace and represent strong growth opportunities for Deliveroo.
- You will work closely with your partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow their business on the Deliveroo platform.
- You will also collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and commercial functions to ensure partners deliver a strong customer experience while achieving sustainable growth.
- What will you be doing
- Manage a portfolio of mid market restaurant partners, acting as their main point of contact at Deliveroo
- Build strong relationships with partners and run regular performance and business reviews
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance
- Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality
- Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns
- Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive partner success
- What skills you need
- 3+ years in a commercial role in a fast paced environment
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive actions
- Clear communication and influencing skills with partners and internal teams
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Problem solving mindset and ability to navigate operational challenges
- Collaborative approach when working cross functionally
