  • As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow.
  • Our account management team owns and manages restaurant relationships.
  • We are restaurant consultants who use data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide best-in-class support and strategic value to our restaurant partners.
  • The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.
  • Role overview
  • As a Mid Market Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo, with a focus on high performing Local Gems and selected national chains.
  • These partners play an important role in attracting customers to the marketplace and represent strong growth opportunities for Deliveroo.
  • You will work closely with your partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow their business on the Deliveroo platform.
  • You will also collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and commercial functions to ensure partners deliver a strong customer experience while achieving sustainable growth.
  • What will you be doing
  • Manage a portfolio of mid market restaurant partners, acting as their main point of contact at Deliveroo
  • Build strong relationships with partners and run regular performance and business reviews
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance
  • Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality
  • Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns
  • Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive partner success
  • What skills you need
  • 3+ years in a commercial role in a fast paced environment
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive actions
  • Clear communication and influencing skills with partners and internal teams
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to navigate operational challenges
  • Collaborative approach when working cross functionally
