BearingPoint seeks a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Copilot Functional Architect.
The architect will lead design and delivery of enterprise Customer Engagement solutions built on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
The role works with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical architects to define operating models, processes, journeys and functional architectures.
Functional architecture and transformation
- Lead end-to-end functional design of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and define processes across Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights.
- Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, process design and fit-gap analysis; develop blueprints, specifications, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Promote standard platform configuration before extensions or custom development, and govern functional design against programme standards.
- Design customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, service and loyalty journeys.
- Define lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, account management and forecasting processes.
- Design case management, knowledge management, entitlement, SLA and omnichannel capabilities.

- Experienced architect combining strong business consulting skills with deep functional expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience defining target business processes and designing AI-enabled customer experiences.
- Functional architecture expertise across the Microsoft Customer Engagement platform.
