Position details

Education and experience

• A four-year bachelor’s degree in financial accounting or a related field is required.

Purchasing and inventory

• Order food and beverages based on business needs and coordinate delivery timing with kitchen, restaurant, and supplier teams.
• Inspect deliveries and invoices to verify quantities, quality, weights, and purchase specifications.
• Maintain stock levels, date labeling, FIFO rotation, requisitions, controlled logs, beverage perpetual inventory, and period-end counts.
• Calculate food-and-beverage costs and inventory; support the executive chef in maintaining or reducing budgeted costs.
• Protect food-and-beverage stock and assets and ensure hygiene and brand safety standards are followed.

Accounting and hotel operations

• Maintain accurate invoices and records and follow appropriate bookkeeping procedures.
• Complete menu-cost budgets, reports, and assigned administrative tasks on time.
• Coordinate assigned accounting work and audits; review financial statements, operating results, and budget performance.
• Support hotel operations, guest-service standards, safety procedures, and operational compliance.
• Communicate price and availability issues and provide guidance on budget policies and financial controls.
• Support staff performance reviews, team objectives, and cross-functional communication.
