Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.
The M&A Manager will identify and evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities in alignment with mr.blue_india’s growth strategy.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and commercial analysis, coordinating due diligence activities, and preparing valuation models, forecasts, and investment cases.
The role will also involve preparing presentations and reports for leadership, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as finance, legal, and advisors.
The M&A Manager will monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to support strategic expansion in existing and new markets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and build scenario-based financial models.
- Solid Finance and Accounting knowledge, including understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and key performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Due Diligence processes, including financial, operational, and commercial reviews.
- Demonstrated exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear investment memos and support executive decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting across cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, services, franchising, or multi-outlet businesses is an advantage; familiarity with the Middle East market is beneficial.
