Merchandise planning and operations
- Lead ANTA UAE seasonal merchandise planning, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and product performance reviews.
- Coordinate with ANTA headquarters in China on assortment, product strategy, launches, and UAE merchandise priorities.
- Manage allocation, replenishment, stock balancing, and inventory optimization across retail stores.
Commercial performance
- Monitor sales, sell-through, weeks of supply, stock turn, and inventory aging, and turn insights into commercial actions.
- Identify fast- and slow-moving products and take timely action to maximize sales and improve inventory efficiency.
- Develop and execute markdown and clearance plans based on product lifecycle, inventory aging, and business performance.
- Partner with Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain on store openings, campaigns, and key commercial activities.
Required qualifications
- Relevant experience in merchandise planning or retail merchandising.
- Strong understanding of the merchandise lifecycle, including planning, in-season management, and markdowns.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills and solid knowledge of retail merchandise KPIs.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for frequent communication with ANTA headquarters in China.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in sportswear, footwear, fashion, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Professional working proficiency in English is preferred.
- UAE or wider GCC retail experience is preferred.
