Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and technically strong MEP Engineer to bridge the gap between design, engineering, and on-site execution.
- This role is critical in ensuring that all technical aspects of projects are properly coordinated, optimized, and implemented with precision.
- The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in shop drawings, technical coordination, material specifications, and problem-solving across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings across civil, architectural, and MEP works
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and buildability
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, and site teams to resolve technical issues
- Support project execution by providing practical and cost-effective technical solutions
- Review material submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Assist in value engineering and optimization of designs
- Ensure alignment between design intent and actual site implementation
- Conduct site visits to verify technical compliance and resolve ongoing issues
- Maintain organized technical documentation and drawing logs
