Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day work at the site
- Provide the quantification for the material required
- Check the delivered material as per the DO and MAS approval
- Check the drawing and provide feedback in line with the site conditions
- Labour control
- Avoid rework and ensure effective material utilization
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience as MEP Supervisor in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works including coordination with civil, architectural, and finishing trades
- Ability to read and interpret MEP and fit-out drawings (shop drawings, coordinated drawings, builder’s work drawings)
