Job Summary
We are hiring Mechanical Supervisor (MEP) and Electrical Supervisor for one of our clients in the UAE, with strong experience in large-scale construction projects such as high-rise buildings, metro/train stations, and infrastructure works.
This is a site-execution role requiring hands-on leadership, coordination, and the ability to deliver work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Mechanical Supervisor (MEP)
- Supervise mechanical teams (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) on-site
- Plan daily activities based on project timelines
- Execute installation of ducting, chilled water piping, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems
- Read and interpret MEP drawings for accurate execution
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams
- Conduct inspections, testing, and pre-commissioning
- Manage manpower, materials, and site logistics
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely delivery
Electrical Supervisor
- Supervise electricians and site teams
- Plan and manage daily work schedules
- Ensure installation of conduits, cable trays, trunking, wiring, and panels
- Read and execute electrical drawings independently
- Coordinate with MEP and other trades
- Conduct inspections and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Track progress and report delays/issues
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience in construction projects (not maintenance)
- High-rise / metro / infrastructure project exposure
- Ability to read drawings independently (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- 2–5 years of experience (including supervisory role)
Preferred
- MEP contracting background
- Familiarity with DEWA / ADDC / Civil Defense standards
- Experience in fast-track projects
