Job Overview:
Airas Technical Services LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure projects are completed on time, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Direct daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations on construction or maintenance sites.
- Maintenance: Supervise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and handle reactive/emergency maintenance requests.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment and compliance with building codes.
- Supervision: Lead, schedule, and train site technicians, and evaluate performance.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Quality Control: Inspect work quality to ensure it aligns with blueprints, design drawings, and technical specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain records of materials used, submit progress reports, and handle timesheets.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Usually 5+ years in MEP construction or maintenance (Facility Management) roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HVAC (Chillers, DX, VRV), plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Certifications: IOSH Managing/Supervising Safely is often preferred.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems and MS Office. Indeed +5
