Job Purpose
MEP Maintenance Supervisor with Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the related field either in construction or maintenance
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Dulsco integrated management system.
- Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS.
- Working with Compliance Manager to develop and update EPS Polices and Procedures.
- Identification and assessment of risk for the department on routine and project operations.
- EPS Audit preparation, Replying on audit remarks and incorporating audit comment on policies and procedures.
- EPS Risk Champion, review, update, edit risk register on routine for relevance
- Allocate and schedule manpower for job execution, brief job task, tools box talk and share risk assessment.
- Develop team for best industrial practices, professional and equipment knowledge, promote health and safety culture.
- Design, advice and assist team with job plan in case of unprecedented situation and emergencies.
- Evaluate requirement for spares, Quality, grade and cost assessment of material, Submit material requisition for procurement.
- Manage MEP related maintenance, repair and routine operations
- Check and approve mechanical and air conditioning design prior to installations for Sub contractor and Projects.
- Prepare PPM program for mechanical and air conditioning equipment.
- Preparing estimation and scope of work for new MEP installation.
