Facilities MEP Supervisor role seeking hands-on experience in facilities or MEP operations.
Immediate joiners are preferred; the posting lists 1–3 years of similar-role experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in MEP or facilities management and 1–3 years in a similar role.
- Strong team supervision, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
- Valid manual driving licence.
- English, Hindi, or Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Ability to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the MEP and facilities team; manage attendance and manpower allocation.
- Monitor site needs, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and work with site teams.
- Raise material requirements, follow up on delivery, and maintain inventory.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports using MS Office.
- Ensure MEP and facilities work is performed safely and efficiently.
