The MEP QA/QC Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role ensures the quality and compliance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across assigned projects.
The position coordinates with project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support project execution and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Review technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests of MEP works, materials, and construction activities.
- Document findings, issue non-conformance reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, prepare regular reports, monitor subcontractors, and support audits.
- Promote continuous improvement and safety on site.
Qualifications
- Strong quality control skills covering MEP installation inspection, material verification, and construction activity monitoring.
- Quality assurance and quality management capability to maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards.
- Experience in quality auditing and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Inspection capability for testing, commissioning, and system performance verification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven MEP QA/QC experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, and construction quality procedures.
- Communication, report writing, and coordination skills for collaborative on-site work.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation systems; the source qualification text ends after mentioning familiarity.
