- Oversee quality control and assurance processes for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and guidelines in line with project specifications and ensure they are adhered to on-site.
- Ensure that the MEP systems are installed and tested according to approved plans, codes, and industry standards.
- Review and approve materials, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and assist in developing corrective actions for any quality issues.
- Perform pre-inspection and final inspections before project handovers.
- ***Qualifications:***
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in MEP Contracting field
- In-depth knowledge of MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with construction codes and standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
