About This Role
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage mechanical systems in construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Review and prepare technical designs, project documentation, and material specifications.
- Conduct on-site inspections to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to align project objectives and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and similar software.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with UAE or GCC region codes, standards, and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
