About the Role

Phase 1 — Inquiry & Estimation

• Review drawings and specs, define the full scope, and flag any ambiguity before building a price
• Prepare BOQ and calculate material, labor, equipment costs, and profit margin independently
• Negotiate with suppliers and secure pricing before submitting the proposal
• Deliver the proposal on time with a clear technical summary for the client

Phase 2 — Planning & Mobilization

• Build a project execution timeline and identify all resources before mobilizing to site
• Coordinate purchase orders and material delivery aligned with the execution schedule
• Define labor requirements and assign responsibilities across site teams

Phase 3 — Execution & Control

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure execution follows drawings and specs without compromise
• Track progress against schedule and budget weekly — escalate deviations before they compound
• Manage change orders commercially — document and get client sign-off before executing
• Solve field problems on the spot — no waiting for someone to tell you what to do

Phase 4 — Handover & Close

• Oversee commissioning, system testing, and prepare the full handover package
• Follow up with the client until final sign-off and handover certificate is issued
• Ensure invoices and collections are tracked and closed on time

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of experience in MEP projects
• Hands-on experience preparing BOQ and proposals independently
• Ability to read and work from MEP drawings and specifications
• Experience managing site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Working English & Arabic for technical correspondence and specs
