ASU is looking for a high-caliber Project Manager – MEP to lead the successful delivery of complex, large-scale construction projects across the UAE.
This opportunity is ideal for seasoned professionals from leading Tier-1 MEP contracting companies with a proven track record in end-to-end project execution, commercial management, and client stakeholder leadership.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 15–20+ years of progressive experience in MEP construction across UAE/GCC
- Strong exposure to high-rise, hospitality, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments
- Proven experience with top-tier MEP contractors in the UAE
- Deep expertise in full project lifecycle management (pre- and post-contract)
- Strong command of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, and commercial controls
- Solid understanding of UAE authority regulations, codes, approvals, and compliance
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full MEP project lifecycle from planning through testing, commissioning, and final handover
- Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cash flow, and cost optimization
- Oversee design reviews, IFC drawings, technical submissions, and method statements
- Manage coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and approved standards
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Maximize commercial performance through effective handling of claims, variations, and final accounts
- Enforce strict HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance standards
- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and specialist subcontractors
- Resolve technical challenges, RFIs, and construction constraints proactively
- Oversee inspections, testing, authority approvals, and final commissioning
- Optimize site logistics, manpower deployment, and resource allocation
