Permanent, full-time MEP Engineer and Draftsman position based at the employer's Abu Dhabi headquarters.

Candidate requirements
- At least four years of experience as an MEP draftsman.
- Knowledge of applicable MEP codes and regulations and proficiency in relevant drafting software.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems and equipment.
- Strong mathematics and physics knowledge, communication, coordination, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Design and project responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP designs, drawings, and specifications; prepare project plans and estimates.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections; review regulations and monitor safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, clients, and vendors; manage project budgets, resources, and deadlines.
On-site drafting and coordination
- Update drawings to reflect site conditions and changes; draft HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and other MEP layouts.
- Coordinate MEP systems and support correct installation in line with design documents and applicable requirements.
- Assist with clash detection and resolve conflicts with structural or architectural elements.
- Keep accurate drawing and revision records and document site adjustments or deviations.
