Requirements
- A drafting or engineering degree is preferred.
- At least one year of MEP drafting experience; swimming pool industry experience is ideal.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for construction or manufacturing projects using CAD software.
- Modify and update existing drawings for accuracy and consistency.
- Work with engineers, architects, and designers to understand requirements and deliver drafts on time.
- Organize and maintain design-document and CAD-file libraries.
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
- Visit construction sites occasionally if needed to gather information or verify details.
- Work closely with site management.
Compensation
- Pay range: AED 4,000–8,000 per month.
