Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Skills & Expertise Required
- Familiarity with construction documentation (technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Ensure documents are correctly filed, archived, and retrievable.
- Track document approvals, revisions, and distribution.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain logs of drawings, submittals, RFIs, and material submissions.
- Support QA/QC teams with up-to-date documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
