Overview
We are **MEP Company** in Abu Dhabi currently looking for Document Controllers.
Document Controller Responsibilities
➢ Typing correspondence
➢ E-mailing and communicating with supplier and subcontractors
➢ Maintaining records of incoming & outgoing documents & updating in the register.
➢ Preparing documents such as Material submittal, Shop drawing, Pre-qualification, Technical submittal, Method statement, IR, RFI, As Built, O&M Manuals etc. to Main contractor or Consultant.
➢ Preparing for closing documents of Non-Conformance Report, Site Observation Report etc.➢ Receiving correspondences from Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Suppliers & distributing them as per established procedure.
➢ Distributing correspondence, drawing and all others documents to the concern person as per company procedure
.➢ Preparing and submitting Monthly Progress Report, Petty Cash, Monthly Staff Attendance etc..
➢ Liaise with engineering dept. on document status and issuing.
➢ Generate transmittals based on document distribution matrix.Controls issuance of document numbers and maintaining of proper document registers for construction engineering project.
➢ Filing documents, hard copies as per company procedures and producing them as and when required.
➢ Keeping all the electronics copy in server with established procedures and hyperlinks.
➢ Copying, scanning, binding, lamination, Faxing etc.
➢ Playing an active role with all other document controller related activities and miscellaneous official tasks.
➢ Working in accordance with the company policies with regards to handle of documents.
Requirement**
A Bachelor's degree is a must.
At least 3-5 years experience in document control system.
Can join immediately.
Cancelled Visa and Visit Visa will be preferred.
