  • $31-39/hour (64k-81k/year)*
  • Opportunity for additional incentive-based pay- up to 10% biweekly

  • One of the following:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
  • 2 years’ direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis, under the supervision of a mental health professional (supervised Internship/practicum hours contribute to this experience)
  • Eligible as a Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH (we can assist with submission)
  • Licensed in Washington as a Social worker, Mental health counselor, or other Behavioral health provider or be licensed at an Associate level in one of these disciplines. An application as a Certified or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor is needed until the Associate license is secured.
  • Licensed in Washington as a Behavior Analyst with accompanying Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
  • Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
