  • Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload
  • Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
  • Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
  • Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school‑based mental health services
  • Collaborate with community partners to support clients
  • Master’s degree in Psychology , Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
  • Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
  • Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non‑licensed rate if license is not held
  • Paid vacation days that increase with tenure
