Sales and revenue generation
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and additional services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Present memberships and offers professionally and confidently.
- Explain the value of the facilities, services, and coaching team.
- Handle price objections and guide clients toward suitable membership options.
Lead management and follow-up
- Contact new leads from social media, the website, and walk-ins promptly.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client goals, such as weight loss, fitness, and health.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients until conversion.
Client relationships
- Maintain strong relationships with members.
- Contact members with expiring memberships and offer renewal options.
- Help members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated during their fitness journey.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
