The role combines medical sales, customer development, product education, and field activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote and explain pharmaceutical, aesthetic, and dermatology products.
- Develop customer relationships, generate leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and daily visit reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate product benefits professionally.
Requirements
- One to three years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
- At least one year of aesthetic Derma product sales experience is required.
- Experience with aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare products is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills are required.
- Good knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and clinics is required.
- A valid UAE driving license and a pharmacy, medical, or life sciences background are preferred.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, confident, and willing to work in the field.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- One year of aesthetic injectable sales experience is preferred.
- Native Arabic is required.
Workplace and Travel
- Work location is stated as in person.
- The role is field-based and involves regular visits to clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel 75% is preferred.
