Role overview
Medical Representative based in Riyadh, responsible for promoting Boehringer Ingelheim products to healthcare professionals in Saudi Arabia's Central Region.
The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on appropriate product use, stakeholder value, and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales action plans to build long-term, mutually valuable key-account partnerships.
- Achieve sales, market-share, and annual targets.
- Conduct and report competitive intelligence activities on key accounts.
- Coordinate customer-focused engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including prelaunch and launch activities, audiovisual meetings, and CME meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Prepare periodic activity trackers and sales-related reports and objectives.
- Promote appropriate product use in line with local regulatory and pharmaceutical code requirements.
Requirements and competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- 2–3 years of similar experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Business acumen, effective communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.
- Influencing ability, problem-solving, innovation, attention to detail, and results orientation.
