Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain clinical quality and patient safety standards across healthcare operations
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (DOH, JCI or equivalent)
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve clinical governance systems and quality indicators
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support policy development, documentation control, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance service quality and patient outcomes
Requirements
- Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi healthcare sector is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards, clinical governance, and patient safety frameworks
- Experience with DOH regulations, JCI accreditation, and audit processes
- Background in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or healthcare quality management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
