Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced **Infection Control & Quality Officer** to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related medical field
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE healthcare experience in Infection Control and Quality
- Strong knowledge of DOH/JCI standards, policies, and compliance
- Experience in audits, incident reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and infection prevention protocols
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement infection control practices and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
- Conduct audits, trainings, and quality improvement activities
- Prepare reports, policies, and documentation related to infection control and quality assurance
