Job Summary
Primelab Diagnostics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst with 2–4 years of laboratory experience to join our growing team.
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS technology.
The ideal candidate will support clinical and analytical testing activities while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory sample preparation, analysis, and reporting according to SOPs
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
- Assist in LC-MS/MS testing and troubleshooting procedures
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of laboratory results
- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records
- Follow laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with laboratory supervisors and technical teams for workflow efficiency
- Participate in method validation and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- 2–4 years of UAE laboratory experience in clinical, analytical, or diagnostic laboratories
- Knowledge or experience with LC-MS/MS systems is highly preferred
- Familiarity with quality control and laboratory best practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in clinical chemistry, toxicology, hormone, vitamin, or newborn screening analysis
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Experience with method development or validation is an advantage
