Micro Health Laboratories, seeking a **Medical Lab Technologist** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in conducting tests, preparing samples, and maintaining lab equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent in performing laboratory tests and experiments.
- Prepare and analyze samples following standard procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Record and document test results accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of chemicals and lab materials as per JCI and CAP accreditation.
- Strong capability to interpret sample results to referral doctors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in **Medical Laboratory Technology**.
- **2 to 3 years** of experience in a UAE laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of lab procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
