Front desk and reception
- Welcome and assist patients; handle registration, appointments, and inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries and coordinate patient flow and doctor appointments.
- Verify patient details and documents, maintain accurate confidential records, and coordinate with clinical and laboratory teams.
Medical coding and insurance
- Code consultations, procedures, and services accurately and prepare and review claims and supporting documents.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, handle pre-approvals, and coordinate with insurers and TPAs.
- Check claim coding, documentation, and billing accuracy; follow up on rejected, pending, and returned claims.
- Meet insurance documentation requirements and assist with billing and daily revenue reconciliation when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Medical Coder in a UAE medical center or clinic.
- Knowledge of medical coding, insurance claims, and pre-approval procedures; familiarity with UAE insurance and TPA processes.
- Good computer skills and experience with clinic/HIS or medical billing software.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills and good command of English.
- Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is advantageous; immediate availability is preferred.
