Business Manager

Role Overview

Work Arrangement

• Employment type is full-time.
• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.

Business Development and Revenue

• Develop strategies to increase clinic revenue, patient footfall, and profitability.
• Generate opportunities through corporates, SMEs, insurance networks, community groups, and other organizations.
• Build SME and corporate tie-ups for medical services, health packages, employee health programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor lead generation, conversion, patient acquisition, business targets, and revenue performance.

Clinic Operations

• Own smooth day-to-day clinic operations and coordination between doctors, nurses, reception, billing, marketing, accounts, and support staff.
• Monitor patient flow, appointments, waiting times, patient experience, operational gaps, SOPs, and corrective actions.

Staff Management

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, staffing levels, duty allocation, KPIs, attendance, productivity, and performance reviews.
• Recommend training or corrective action and ensure adequate staffing.

Finance, Inventory, and Procurement

• Monitor revenue, income, expenses, collections, outstanding payments, profitability, cash flow, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Manage medical and non-medical inventory, stock levels, expiry dates, wastage, procurement, suppliers, and inventory records.

Compliance and Technology

• Coordinate DHA inspections, licenses, records, SOPs, compliance requirements, corrective actions, and regulatory communications.
• Use Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, WhatsApp, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and AI tools to support marketing and efficiency.

Reporting and Partnerships

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering revenue, patients, corporate business, leads, expenses, collections, inventory, staff productivity, marketing, and profitability.
• Develop corporate, community, referral, health camp, screening, wellness, and healthcare package initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or Healthcare Management qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience is requested, preferably in a UAE medical center, clinic, or healthcare organization.
• Strong healthcare operations, business development, financial, staffing, inventory, procurement, DHA compliance, Excel, MIS, communication, and relationship-management skills are requested.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
