Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
- Work is performed in person.
Job Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing a medical centre or healthcare clinic in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in manpower management, staff supervision, and workforce planning.
- Ability to manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of patient service management and healthcare quality standards.
- A relevant qualification in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily medical centre operations.
- Manage and supervise medical and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
- Handle manpower planning, attendance, and performance management.
- Coordinate with management, medical professionals, and support teams.
- Maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Pay
- Pay ranges from AED 4,234.13 to AED 10,784.36 per month.
