This marketing agency is hiring a commercially minded, hands-on Media Strategist to own and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta, while supporting expansion into new platforms.
As a UK-headquartered business operating globally, strong professional English communication is essential.
You will take full ownership of assigned products, accountable for lead volume, CPA, quality, and margin performance.
Reporting to the Head of Media, you’ll execute strategy while driving day-to-day optimisation and growth
.This is a delivery-focused role with clear commercial performance expectations — not a coordination position

Responsibilitie
- s:Owns paid media strategy and execution for assigned produc
- tsBuilds, launches, and scales campaigns across Google Ads and Me
- taManages performance against clear CPA, ROAS, and margin targe
- tsMonitors campaigns daily and makes decisive optimisation chang
- esTests new creative approaches, audiences, bidding models, and landing page strategi
- esDevelops and iterates ad copy across Google and Meta, including RSA headline and description variants, Meta primary text and CTAs, and landing page messagi
- ngBriefs creative assets with clear strategic rationale and systematically tests messaging hypotheses using performance data to inform future iteratio
- nsContributes to expansion into new platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Native, and Programmatic where commercially justifi
- edCollaborates closely with Tech, Ops, and Content teams to improve lead quality and conversion efficien
- cyUses data to generate insights by identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and proposing clear action pla
- nsLeverages generative AI tools to research products and markets, generate insights, and analyse campaign data to identify efficiency gains and commercial opportuniti
- esProvides structured and concise performance reporting to the Head of Med

Qualificatio
- ns:Has 3–7 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (5+ years preferr
- ed)Demonstrates proven experience running lead generation campaigns with clear commercial accountabil
- ityHas a strong track record of working against strict CPA and performance targ
- etsPossesses strong analytical capability and is comfortable working with performance data on a daily ba
- sisDemonstrates strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding that success is measured by profitability and scalability rather than traffic al
- oneBrings experience across additional platforms such as Bing, YouTube, Native, TikTok, and similar channels, which is considered advantage
- ousHas experience marketing within regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, legal, or healthcare; familiarity with FCA advertising standards or equivalent is highly advantage
- ousActively uses generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms as part of daily workflow, including copy generation, creative briefing, performance analysis, and report
- ingDemonstrates exceptional written and spoken English fluency at a business and client-ready le
- velHas experience marketing products within the UK or other native English-speaking markets, which is considered highly advantage
