Media Manager

Role overview

Planning and campaign delivery

• Lead digital and offline media planning aligned with client goals and brand strategy.
• Develop annual and quarterly plans, including budget allocation, channel mix, and audience strategies.
• Manage campaigns end to end, from briefing and activation through optimisation and reporting.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, performance, KPIs, and quality standards.

Analysis, clients, and team leadership

• Collaborate with creative, performance, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver integrated communications.
• Analyse campaign data and research to inform future planning; present plans, rationales, and performance reports to clients.
• Build client relationships and serve as the day-to-day contact for media queries.
• Supervise and guide junior planners; monitor market trends, media opportunities, and platform developments.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in media planning and campaign management; agency experience is required.
• Strong understanding of digital, social, out-of-home, and television media.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and make recommendations; experience with media planning tools, measurement platforms, and research sources.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-management skills; organisation, collaboration, and attention to detail across multiple deadlines.
