Job Summary
We're looking for an in-house Media Buyer with at least 5 years of experience running paid ads on Meta and Google.
You'll own the accounts, the spend, and the numbers.
If you love performance marketing, think in profit not vanity metrics, and want to scale a real brand across multiple countries, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google
- Manage daily spend across multiple EU and GCC markets
- Brief our in-house creatives on what to test and what to kill
- Run A/B tests, dig into the data, and act on what you find
- Track the metrics that matter, CPA, ROAS, MER, nCAC, contribution margin
- Report performance directly to the founder
- Stay sharp on what's working across the industry
Requirements
- 5+ years running paid ads, ideally for DTC ecommerce brands
- Have personally scaled accounts past €5k/day profitably
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Comfortable in analytics tools and attribution platforms
- You think in profit, not ROAS in a vacuum
- You ship fast and don't need hand-holding
- Based in the EU timezone
- Remote work experience is a plus
