We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our marketing team and help generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on advertising spend.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Develop audience targeting strategies and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and clinic management to create high-converting campaigns.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or luxury services.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns is a plus.
