Role Overview
The Media & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s media presence across digital platforms through creative content production, social media management, podcast coordination, script writing, event organising and video editing.
The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling abilities, a modern understanding of digital media trends, and the capability to create engaging multimedia content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write scripts for podcasts, promotional videos, interviews, and social media campaigns.
- Plan, record, coordinate, and manage podcast content and media productions.
- Edit videos, reels, short-form content, and promotional materials for digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content calendars aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate media coverage, interviews, and public-facing digital campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics, engagement metrics, and audience insights to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging media technologies.
- · Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Assist in photography, videography, and general multimedia production activities when required.
- Ensure all published content aligns with the company’s branding, tone, and communication standards.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in media production, digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of digital media platforms, content marketing, podcast production, and video editing tools.
Skills Required
- Strong script writing and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Social media management and content planning
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Creative thinking and branding awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of podcast production and digital content creation
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
- **Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred**
- **Emirati Nationals preferred**
