Overview

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

• Social Media Strategy — Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with brand goals, seasonal campaigns, and luxury positioning.
• Trend Adaptation — Identify and adapt global and regional trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels, ensuring relevance to luxury fashion.
• Creative Ideation — Propose innovative video concepts, storytelling angles, and new content formats to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Content Creation & Production

• Video & Reels Creation — Lead the filming, editing, and production of high-quality Reels and TikTok videos, using strong visual direction and editing skills.
• Instagram Curation — Maintain a refined, luxury-aligned feed aesthetic through curated imagery, layouts, and storytelling.
• Storytelling — Manage daily Stories, behind-the-scenes content, and real-time engagement moments.
• Shoot Coordination — Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring content needs are met and BTS coverage is captured.

Planning & Execution

• Content Calendar Management — Build and maintain a monthly content calendar across platforms.
• Copywriting — Write engaging, brand-appropriate captions and messaging tailored to each platform.
• Scheduling — Manage consistent posting across all channels using scheduling tools.

Community & Influencer Relations

• Community Management — Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries with a polished, luxury-aligned tone.
• Influencer Communication — Coordinate influencer partnerships, gifting, collaborations, and content approvals.
• Giveaways & Collaborations — Plan and execute giveaways, brand collaborations, and engagement-boosting initiatives.

Campaigns & Paid Support

• Campaign Planning — Support seasonal campaigns with creative concepts and platform-specific strategies.
• Paid Ads Coordination — Work with internal teams or agencies to align organic content with paid social efforts.

Requirements and Skills

• Relevant years of experience in social media management, ideally in luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video-first content (Reels/TikTok).
• Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting skills with a refined, luxury-appropriate tone.
• Understanding of GCC social media culture and luxury consumer behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
• Ideal candidate would be:
