**Testing & Preparation:**
Prepare test specimens and perform mechanical tests, including lay-ups, autoclaving, and coupon machining.
**Safety Compliance:**
Execute all tests using approved PPE (including respirators) and report any near-misses to the HSE Manager.
**Equipment Care:**
Ensure all tools are within calibration; perform daily logs, maintain equipment record books, and report malfunctions to the Lab Supervisor.
**Data Management:**
Utilize computers for mathematical calculations and graph preparation; support the creation of MTL documentation.
**Operational Excellence:**
Follow strict methodologies for analysis and contribute to cost-efficient resource usage.

**Location:**
Abu Dhabi, UAE.
**Schedule:**
5 days per week on a rotating shift pattern (Day, Afternoon, Night).
**Physical Demands:**
Requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift or pull process tools and materials.

**Technical Knowledge:**
Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, EN9100, NADCAP), HSE standards (ISO 14001), and composite manufacturing industry trends.
