Mechanical Test Engineer

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated engineering programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading development testing and supporting qualification or verification testing activities.
• Proficiency with test instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition systems, and test execution methodologies.
• Experience developing test plans, procedures, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide engineering recommendations.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, product development processes, and engineering best practices.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical findings.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting program objectives.
• Experience supporting requirements-driven environments with formal verification and validation processes.
• Knowledge of military and commercial engineering specifications preferred.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000
• Location: Onsite in Mukilteo, WA
• The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
